Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TurboVisionForge LLC ("TurboVisionForge," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit https://turbovisionforge.com or engage our cybersecurity services. We are based in Orlando, Florida, United States, and all our services are delivered digitally.
1. Information we collect
- Contact & brief details: when you submit the contact form or the engagement builder — first and last name, work email, phone (optional), company (optional), the engagement type you select, and the free-text brief you write.
- Checkout details: when you purchase an engagement, retainer, or IR hour bank — first and last name, email, phone, and country. Payment card data is collected and processed entirely by Stripe; it never reaches our servers.
- Engagement data: during a security engagement we may process technical data about your systems under a separate written agreement and rules of engagement. That data is governed by the engagement contract, not this website policy.
- Technical data: a session cookie required for the contact form and checkout, your cookie-consent choice stored in your browser, and standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) retained for fourteen days for security.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and scope a potential engagement.
- To process payments and deliver the services you purchase.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations under US and Florida law.
- To secure the website and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
3. Service providers
We share information only with the vendors needed to run the business:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Card data is handled under Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
- Our hosting provider — to serve this website and store contact submissions.
- Our email provider — to deliver transactional and reply email.
- Google Fonts — to serve web fonts; the font CDN may receive your IP address as part of the request.
4. Retention
Checkout and invoice records are retained for the period required by US federal and Florida tax and accounting rules (generally a minimum of four years). Contact briefs that do not become engagements are kept for up to twenty-four months from last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept fourteen days.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email cyber@turbovisionforge.com and we will verify and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
6. Security
We are a security company; we hold ourselves to the standards we sell. The site is served over TLS, secrets are kept out of source control, sessions are protected against cross-site request forgery, and access to stored submissions is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep this one close.
7. Children
Our services are sold to businesses. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data: cyber@turbovisionforge.com, or TurboVisionForge LLC, 11724 Reedy Creek Dr, Apt 311, Orlando, FL 32836, United States.
